NJDG completed a full lease-up of the facility in just eight months, orchestrating various office and other fitups for its multiple new tenants. NJDG subsequently arranged the property's sale to one of its affiliated partnerships owned by the Prant Family. The firm continues to serve as third-party property manager for 4 Middlebury Boulevard.
